Last saturday the gang and i got out and shredded up one of the best trails in Utah, The Wasatch Crest trail. Starting from the top of big cottonwood canyon, on guardsmen pass, there is a slight but constant uphill grind until reaching the base of Puke hill. Puke hill gains 1000 ft vertical in less than 1 mile. needless to say, i walked and took many breaks on the adventure. From the top it was all down hill and totally worth it.

On the trail we past two moose, Deselation Lake, a dozen or so hikers and millions of ants. No damage to my body this time around, but i continue to have bad luck with the bike. The Kona ended get a rock chip on the front shock, resulting in a blown out seal lots of leaking oil and a trip the bike shop on the way home. The worst thing about it
was that i didnt e
ven crash.
